- Fixed Shifts on rotation
- Mileage allowance - 0.25p per mile

Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor junior care staff
- Conduct supervisory visits and quality assurance
- Support staff development and training
- Manage complex care packages

Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of senior care experience
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making

Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification is preferred
- Supervisory/team leader experience
